Who We Are
The J-Stretch was created to insure the prevention of sports related injuries due to unprofessional stretching. We work with athletes to create a beneficial stretch plan for their body depending on the sport(s) they play, their body type, gender, age, and past injuries.

JANAE MCCLOUD
Founder
Ms. McCloud is a young aspiring adult, advocating for sports injury prevention. She created this program in order to enhance athletes abilities by providing them with a personalized stretch plan. Ms. McCloud is a multi-sport athlete that witnessed devastating injuries due to improper stretching. She is tedious about athletes stretching their muscles correctly in order to have an outstanding performance.

For stretching plans, in the subject box, tell us the sport or sports that you would like to receive a stretching plan for. In the message box tell us your age, height, weight, and your injury history. Also, list any other request such as to focus on a certain event in a sport. For example with basketball, dribbling could be a focus.
